Basically born in the beneath of Himalaya in Garhwal Region of Uttrakhand, India, Geography became my passion from childhood. Having inquirer mind from childhood I tried to identify rock and material from nearby mountains. After my school I join Agra University for higher education and completed my Bachelor and Master degree from one of the finest college of Agra. Having great interest in practical and field survey I was always a bright student of my college. With my master degree I qualified SET (UGC) (state eligibility test for University lectureship) and enrolled myself Doctorate. In between I attended various national and International seminars and presented my research papers on various themes of Physical Geography. I won Young Geographer Commodation Awards by NAGI for year 2000 & 2001 and Young Sociologist Award by ISSI for year 2001.
My work experience start as Head and Lecturer of Geography in a college and after teaching for 5 years in Colleges for graduation and post graduation I went to Africa. After coming back from Africa I started my career with school education as senior supervisor and programme coordinator and presently working as Coordinator Ujian Nasional & Extended Essay and Head, Department of Geography & Environmental SS. In these 14 years I established Geography labs in two Institutions and a full flashed Weather Lab.
I have a rich experience of facilitating teaching- learning workshops. As well as I had a rich experience in ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 & IWA-2 Certification and had done all necessary training for the same.
Still I am a learner of Geography.
